Founded in 2015, Premier Accounting & Tax Services Corp. has an office located in Westchester.
Premier Accounting & Tax Services Corp. is engaged in the practice of public accounting. Our practice embraces traditional accounting and tax services, as well as consulting services. We have worked with countless clients across a wide variety of industries and employee size.

Meet the Team!
Max Torres
Managing Director
Max has been in the business of accounting and finance field since 1984. He has an Associate’s Degree from Monroe Business Institute, known today as Monroe College, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Francis College, Master of Science Degree from Herbert Lehman College and a Master in Business Administration from Long Island University. Max has many years of business and accounting experience from working in offices such as The Law Office of Leonard L. Finz as the Controller and Surbert, Silver and Rosen, a Certified Public Accounting Firm, as a Senior Accountant.
Max was a professor in business and accounting at Monroe College where he taught for 23 years.
Today, Max is a professor at The College of Westchester and is the Managing Director of Premier Accounting & Tax Services Corp. since 2015.
Nicole Kotash
Office Manager
Nicole is our Office Manager. She received an Associate of Applied Science and later received
her Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting. After completing her internship at Premier Accounting & Tax Services Corp., she became a full-time employee in January, 2019.
Lillian Vargas
Receptionist/Accounting Clerk
Lillian has a bachelor’s from Herbert Lehman College. She has been a part of our team since February, 2022. She is the smile and bubbly personality that greets all of our clients.
